    Dec 20 2025

This week has been an emotional one and it’s taken me inward in ways I didn’t expect. I watched Limitless with Chris Hemsworth and it really landed. The focus on supercharging the brain through physical fitness and spiritual wakefulness made me think deeply about learning itself, and pushing personal boundaries, and endurance. The effects on the brain are enormous. It reminded me that growth isn’t accidental. It’s intentional.

I recorded three podcast episodes this week and each one awoke something in me. In my conversation with Kerry, we talked about weight and how taking care of ourselves directly impacts how we show up in life and business. That conversation triggered a real emotional awakening for me. A genuine puzzle piece falling into place.

My conversation with Rebecca centred around reinvention and change, and my divorce came up. It was emotional and raw, but necessary.

I also reached out to my brother, Les, which helped me finally let go of a relationship that had been challenging and energy depleting. As we evolve, some relationships simply can’t come with us, and that realisation was a shake up.

I won’t pretend this week was easy. I only trained twice in #My5amClub routine, I ate without care, switched my mindset off, and physically I can feel it.

This week reminded me that emotional strain always shows up in the body. And yet, alongside all of that, there’s been real momentum.

We had a powerful Mastermind gathering hosted by Lisa Johnson, met outstanding women, and I found my hybrid publisher for my book - no Amazon self publishing this time. I’ve also found the person who will be writing the foreword, a true powerhouse, and I’m beyond thrilled. On top of that, a course I've written for graduate surveyors has been CPD accredited, which I’m incredibly proud of.

Despite the emotional roller coaster, I've learned a lot about myself, I've cleared some sh*t and I've achieved. So I’m looking forward to 2026 with excitement. Growth isn’t always neat, but it’s always revealing.

When momentum starts to build Limitless by Dee Airey

This week’s Success Coach Journal is a reflective look back at a week where I could feel momentum building. Not in a frantic way, but in a steady, purposeful way that reminded me something meaningful is unfolding.

One of the biggest lessons for me this week has been around money and intention. I’ve realised that just because I have money doesn’t mean I need to spend it freely or use it as a quick fix. Wealth, for me, is about discernment. About knowing when spending is genuinely helpful and when it’s simply avoiding discomfort. A money mindset issue right there.

My routines have been a real anchor this week. Early mornings, training hard, time in meditation and gratitude, studying the Bible, and daily self reflection have helped me stay clear and centred while everything around me continues to expand.

I also share how much joy I get from spending time with our racehorses. It’s my escape from work and responsibility, and it’s where some really exciting conversations have started. This week, those conversations with Fionn McSharry led to exploring the idea of creating a female horse racing syndicate and/or a women in horse racing network, which aligns beautifully with my plans to move forward with a Women in Business Network franchise in York.

A huge milestone for me this week is that my book is finished. Writing it, especially weaving in my story from way back when, has been deeply healing. In this episode I share a short extract that speaks to identity, self trust, and choosing who you are rather than chasing what you think you should have.

Friendship has also been a strong theme. I travelled down south to spend time with my lifelong friends, navigating trains and tubes despite my dislike of public transport, because they are worth it. These friendships ground me, even though we are all different. They are my family.

From a business perspective, there’s been solid progress. I’ve had interviews booked, leadership coaching proposals out, and I’ve welcomed a new one to one coaching client from the US. l can feel a balancing excitement with very real nerves.

I close this episode with a reminder that momentum doesn’t come from waiting until everything feels comfortable. It comes from consistent action, self trust, and backing yourself even when you’re unsure.

  • LIMITLESS BY DEE AIREY - EPISODE 11 - CHAPTER 1 OF THE SUCCESS COACH JOURNAL
    Dec 6 2025

This week I found myself pushed out of my usual rhythm and into places that made me wobble. From Tunbridge Wells losing its water supply to two parties in a single day, I had more moments of discomfort than I usually sign up for. Networking has never been my thing but I leaned in anyway.

I walked into events alone. I introduced myself even when my heart was in my mouth. I met incredible women I wouldn’t have met otherwise. And in the evening I found myself being recognised by people who have followed me online for ages. A few even asked for photos which still feels surreal to me.

The week didn’t stop there. I had a meeting about buying a WIBN franchise in York which would pull me into a whole new world of leadership and connection. And on Wednesday night I made a decision that surprised even me. I am headed to Miami in 2026 for a high ticket mastermind and I’ve been invited to deliver a workshop there. Me. Coaching. In Miami. None of these opportunities would have appeared if I hadn’t been willing to stretch myself.

I ended the week in the north where I always feel calmer and more creative. Reflecting on everything, the theme was obvious. Comfort zones are a killer. Every meaningful moment came from choosing discomfort over familiarity.

In this episode I share the stories from my week, how they pushed me and the insight I want you to take into your own life. You do not need to feel confident before you act. Confidence follows action. One small step outside your comfort zone can shift everything.

In this episode you’ll hear: • What happened when I pushed myself into rooms I normally avoid • The surprising conversations that came from being visible offline • Why buying a WIBN franchise might be my next big stretch • How a Miami workshop invitation landed in my lap • The real truth about comfort zones and growth • A reflection to carry into your week

A question for you: Where have you been staying comfortable for too long, and what might shift if you take one small step outside that familiar place?

    New Chapter every Saturday morning.
