    Do you ever wake up in a cold sweat after having a nightmare about not being able to fulfill your responsibilities? There are so many details to remember as a leader - do you ever ask yourself What if I can’t be there? Will everything fall apart? What if I forget something? These questions cause us stress, and unnecessary panic. Today’s conversation is all about when its OKAY not to show up, not to be perfect and maybe even to forget something. You’re going to be okay!
