Der belgische Medienkünstler Ward Weis arbeitet unter dem Künstlernamen Planktone. Seit 20 Jahren nimmt er - sozusagen als Satellit der Ars Acustica Gruppe, der Gruppe europäischer Radiokunst-Redaktionen innerhalb der EBU - am weltweiten Art's Birthday Netzwerk teil. Dieses entsteht jährlich am 17. Jänner nach einer Idee des Fluxus-Künstlers Robert Filliou jeweils neu, um die Kunst zu feiern. Eine Eigenproduktion des ORF gesendet am 05.02.2026
