Früher war ich extrem kritikunfähig. Ich will aber an mir arbeiten und bin dran, Kritik nicht immer schlecht zu sehen, sondern als Möglichkeit, mich weiterzuentwickeln. Und dann kommen Tage wie jetzt, wo einfach alles zu viel wird und jeder kleinste Kritikpunkt mich innerlich zerstört. Ja, ich denke wirklich so. Wie oft wollte ich schon alles hinschmeißen und nie mehr zu einem kreativen Beruf zurückkommen. Ich habe aber Techniken gefunden, die mir helfen, mit Kritik umzugehen. :)
