Salmonella triggers serious and sometimes fatal gastrointestinal and systemic infections in young children, elderly persons, and others with weakened immune systems. Affected are eggs with best-by dates ranging from October 11 through October 17, 2025.
These recalled Kenz Henz Pasture Raised Eggs were sold in Houston, Texas at stores including HEB and Kroger.
