During his visit overseas, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo recognized my efforts, which prompted him to invite me to assist in the implementation of the free Senior High School initiative in Ghana. He believed that the United States had been pioneers of such policies, and my expertise would be invaluable in this endeavor.
