    Just when it felt like things were improving, here we go again. Multiple conversations I had over the week cited the same thing. People back in fear. People delaying decision making. People not wanting to invest or take out debt. Business confidence has tanked quickly too! Inside my business I’ve noticed business planning inquiry drop. It’s hard to plan for 12 months' time when you can’t see certainty in front of you. And all of this before things REALLY change for NZers.
