In this episode, I talk with Jim Davis.  Jim is an avid kayak angler based in Washington State. Fishing is not just a hobby for him; it’s a way of life. He is particularly passionate about kayak fishing and considers it his addiction. Jim’s expertise extends across various types of water bodies, from freshwater to saltwater, and he enjoys pursuing a wide range of species.

Jim’s dedication to kayak angling has earned him numerous accolades and accomplishments, including being crowned the Northwest Kayak Anglers (NWKA) Angler of the Year (AOTY) Winner for Multi-Species

Competition in 2018. This prestigious award covers the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and even into British Columbia. In addition, Jim has been named the Washington Kayak Bass Fishing

(WKBF) Angler of the Year (AOY) in 2019, 2020, and 2022, with a runner-up AOY position in 2021.
