कहते हैं कि राधा और श्रीकृष्ण का अंतिम मिलन द्वारिका में हुआ था और राधा जी की अंतिम इच्छा के लिए भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने दिन-रात बांसुरी बजाई। बांसुरी की धुन सुनते-सुनते राधा जी ने अपने शरीर का त्याग कर अपनी आत्मा को श्रीकृष्ण के साथ विलीन कर दिया।
