In dieser Folge sprechen die Wiss. Mit. Anna Maria Yang-Jacobi und Philipp Schöbel über den Referentenentwurf des KI-Marktüberwachungs- und Innovationsförderungsgesetzes. Der Entwurf wurde am 12. September 2025 vom Bundesministerium für Digitales und Staatsmodernisierung veröffentlicht. Das Gesetz soll unter anderem die Zuständigkeiten der Behörden und deren Zusammenarbeit regeln. Bis zum 10. Oktober läuft noch der öffentliche Konsultationsprozess.
