    On January 6, 2021, Ashley Babbitt was a rioter and insurrectionist who was shot as she attempted to climb through a busted window of a barricaded door leading to the Speaker's Lobby as members of Congress were being evacuated from the US Capitol. While she was in the process of committing crimes by trying to breach the Capitol, she was shot and killed. Even though she was an Air Force veteran, Babbitt was rightfully denied military honors at her funeral . . . until now. The Air Force just reversed course (undoubtedly at the direction of Donald Trump), and will now give Babbitt full military honors.     It's a rare occurrence when a grand jury refuses to indict a case that a prosecutor urges them to indict. Yet Donald Trump's US Attorney for the District of Columbia, Jeanine Pirro, had grand juries tell her N0, they would NOT indict two protestors for assaulting police officers. In fact, those grand juries told here no FOUR TIMES!One of the protestors threw a sandwich at an officer and another reportedly stepped between a scuffle with officers who were trying to detain someone due to the person's immigration status.The grand jury sits as the conscious of the community and evaluates the evidence presented by the prosecutors to determine if there is enough evidence to indict someone on a felony charge.     A Trump-appointed Judge, Thomas Cullen, has thrown out the lawsuit Trump had his DOJ officials file against ALL federal trial court judges in Maryland when the Chief Judge instituted a two-day pause on deportations to give the judges enough time to see if the Trump administration was violating the legal or Constitutional rights of undocumented immigrants that were being detained pending deportation. In a 30-page opinion that The New York Times called "scathing," Judge Cullen wrote, "Over the past several months, principal officers of (Trump's) executive (and their spokespersons) have described federal district judges across the country as ‘left-wing,’ ‘liberal,’ ‘activists,’ ‘radical,’ ‘politically minded,’ ‘rogue,’ ‘unhinged,’ ‘outrageous', 'overzealous', 'unconstitutional', 'crooked,’ and worse.
