The Great Awakening, that’s what came to me this morning. It made me think of a song. Many of you will remember this song by Stephen Stills – here is how it opens:

(Music) “There's somethin' happenin' here,
But what it is ain't exactly clear…”

But the Awakening is here – that is exactly clear. We can see its ripples throughout society. It is there, on the dawn horizon…like a glow that transforms the morning sky. Distant, yet increasingly relevant, it approaches, little by little, bringing us a promise of something new, something beautiful, something transforming...

...We are witnesses to that dawn, the dawn of a new age that has steadily, despite huge and grievous attempts to forestall it, begun to break on our material plane.

It is for us now to embrace it, and the opportunity to move light years past previous centuries of belief in how things are...

Welcome to Journey to the Heart of Life! At Journey, our goal is simple – to develop our Awareness of our spiritual dimension, and to realize and see it in all of its profundity in everyday life.

We’ll approach our mission in lots of different and entertaining ways, from commentary on the thoughts and writings of spiritual people, from poetry, music and short essays – all with the goal of developing new levels of Awareness. For by becoming Aware we can form a clear pathway to our ultimate goal - a direct Divine connection.

With that connection, we begin to also develop the infinite potential that we as conscious human beings possess. We’ll do this together, as we make this Journey to the Heart of Life.
