  • Journey to a Dream - Jamie Williams
    Jul 9 2025

On the podcast today, we’re joined by one of the standout names in road racing Jamie Williams.

He's a hugely experienced and well-known rider from the Isle of Man who’ll be running the coveted No. 1 plate in both the Supersport and Senior races at the 2025 Manx Grand Prix.

A podium finisher in previous years and a consistent front-runner, Jamie’s chasing that long-awaited first MGP win after a difficult 2024.

A former Andreas Racing Association rider who got his start at Jurby back in 2013, Jamie has also found success in Ireland, the IRRC, and on Belgian roads — where he’s currently leading the championship.

A regular at the Southern 100, he was one of those who guided this year’s newcomers on their opening laps.

With serious pace, top-tier sponsors behind him, and unfinished business at the Manx, Jamie’s 2025 campaign is one to watch.

  • Journey to a Dream - Sam Naughton
    Jul 3 2025

The guest in this episode of Journey to a Dream is Sam Naughton, who speaks to us just weeks before his first ever Manx Grand Prix.

He's no stranger to road racing on the Isle of Man though, he lives in Castletown and has raced on the Billown course in both the Pre-TT, where's he stood on the podium, and the Southern 100 - which he's preparing to do again this year.

Sam gives us a real insight into what's it like juggling family life with four children, racing and work as well.

We also learn that his wife Charlotte is incredibly understanding and patient and that if you pop round to his house, you might get more than sugar in your brew...

You can follow's Sam's progress on his Facebook page here.

  • Journey to a Dream - Lee Stanaway
    Jun 27 2025

In this episode, we meet Lee Stanaway, who loves bikes, chess, his dog Milo, tea and of course his wife Gemma.

And it was Gemma who set Lee off on his journey to the Isle of Man, where he will race for the first time this year as a Manx Grand Prix newcomer.

He's a regular competitor at various circuits around the UK, competing at road races such as Oliver's Mount and Aberdare, often running the number 57.

Lee has a great team around him, but could still use some support ahead of the MGP, so if you'd like to have a chat, you can find his Facebook racing page here.
