 Jessica Wicks DUCTZ Brand President Grew up in the heating and cooling industry in Ann Arbor, MI. (dad owned a large Carrier dealership and I worked in every plug-in position there - filing, dispatcher, sales assistance, cleaning - whatever the need was). Holds a business and marketing and fine arts degree, hired in 2010 at BELFOR Franchise Group as the DUCTZ marketing coordinator. DUCTZ is a franchise, established in franchising in 2004 offering air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, coil cleaning, exhaust cleaning and HVAC Restoration. Currently with 47 locations across the USA, 1 of those locations in Canada. DUCTZ was acquired by BELFOR Property Restoration in 2007 after a mobilization/restoration project in New Orleans, post Hurricane Katrina. After acquiring DUCTZ, BELFOR launched HOODZ, a kitchen exhaust cleaning franchise and BELFOR Franchise Group was born. It was DUCTZ and HOODZ until 2015 when BFG acquired the existing franchise, 1-800 Water Damage. Now BFG is sitting at 15 service brands and growing. In 2013, Jessica was promoted to Marketing Manager, and left DUCTZ for 2.5 years to work as the Marketing Coordinator for a local Chamber of Commerce and returned to BFG/DUCTZ as a Franchise Business Coach.
