Lizzy & Ciara are joined by the one and only Jess Jackson, the current DEI Associate at USRowing and A+ human being. Jess shares her path to rowing (s/o to her fiancé for the job spot!) and her vision of the future of our sport, as well as a couple of laughs here and there. Jess' story is one of our favorites so far; someone so committed to making our sport a better place, having never done it, is someone special in our book.
