I spent 10 years in Canada working in the tech industry, moving from developer to manager, and earning two promotions over four years at one of Canada’s largest banks.

While working a full-time 9–5, my wife and I started an e-commerce business out of our house basement — which has since generated over $1.5M in revenue.

At the end of 2025, I walked away from a $200K tech job and took a break from my software engineering career, for many reasons I’ll be unpacking on this podcast.

Along the way, I learned how personal growth actually works — the wins, the losses, the burnout, the side hustles, and the mindset shifts you’ll never see on LinkedIn.
