This weeks guest is Jeffey Ochs. I met Jeffrey online while undertaking The Strong Coach program, primarilly under lockdown conditions in the UK, in the spring of 2020. Jeffrey was my direct mentor within the program and we hit it off pretty quick in terms of having a relatively deep understanding of each others experiences, especially in relation to early life and our general outlook / perceptions. Jeffrey is currently a professional coach spanning the physical primarilly through the steel mace, the mental with mindset coaching in any and all area of life and bridging the two realms with his skills in breathwork. I really enjoyed this conversation – witnessing my friend being a 'greater' version of himself than I have experienced prior.
