About this listen

This January, instead of jumping into go-go-go mode, take some time to set your intentions for the year.

Think of January as those delicious first few hours when you arrive at your vacation destination. You take in the beauty of the new environment. You explore what’s possible for you to experience while you’re there. You schedule your activities based on how you want to feel and what you want to experience and when.

Then you go and actually LIVE your vacation. If things don’t go right and you have to reschedule, you don’t feel guilty, or bad about yourself that you didn’t stick to your plan. You make your best effort to enjoy the new direction.

This January I invite you to use this Journaling Practice to help you set intentions for your year.

Have a listen, then pull up a pen and paper and happy writing!

May this year be full of blessings!

What is your Soul yearning for?

What do you want to create space for this year?

What area of your life do you feel called to prioritize this year?

How do you want to feel by the end of the year?

What support do you need to make your vision happen?
