Létat začal až ve 27 letech, do aeroklubu ho dřív kvůli kádrovému profilu nepustili. Prošel si érou jako DJ a podnikatel, než poprvé usedl do kokpitu. Dnes je akrobatickým pilotem v týmu Flying Bulls, sbírá historická letadla a patří mezi hlavní tváře Aviatické pouti. V roce 2006 přežil srážku dvou letadel, po níž strávil měsíce v nemocnici.
