50g Oats
Christmas Jazzy Custard
4 egg yolks
700ml whole milk
200ml double cream
100g castor sugar
3 tablespoons corn flour / custard powder
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
25ml Rum
