Welcome to Episode 18 of J&J Sports. We had a pretty packed episode today and kicked off with an NFL free agency recap after the first day of the legal tampering period. We know a ton of stuff happened afterwards and there was a ton of stuff we couldn't get to, but we tried to make our best effort to get to the key signings. We then shifted gears a little bit and talked about March Madness being on the horizon and the conference tournaments for the power conferences starting up.
