Coming into to speak with us are Dave and Jess Sotelo with Innova Construction and filling in for Pat we have our good friend and multiple time guest Remington Knight! Dave and Jess met around the time of the pandemic when they saw their paths collide in St. Louis. Recognizing the amazing real estate market we have here, they decided to push all their chips into their own construction company and now are the proud owners of dozens of doors in our local area! Through trial and error and the right coaching, they've still yet to lose money on a deal and they give us all the fundamentals of how they've done it here!
