  • Episode 166: Lose Yourself in Meditative Moments
    Jul 8 2025

Sonia C. is joining in from London, and she is loving the chance to live life in the moment. It’s one of her favorite forms of meditation! From resetting a frayed nervous system to focusing inward rather than on the chaos that is swirling around all of us, living in the moment brings bursts of creativity and connects us to our portals of intuitive listening.

This week’s theme is: Find your personal lane of meditation.

    Highlights:

    • Nothing beats living in the moment. [:30]

    • Sonia T.’s intuitive listening led her to the thrift shop! [4:35]

    • Nothing calms a barking dog like meditation. [6:34]

    • Sonia C.’s update from London. [13:26]

    • Scan the field and listen to those vibrations. [18:54]

    • Intention first, then connection. [26:04]

    • Engage your senses and your intuition will follow. [31:13]

    • Tool of the Week: Get a ribbon and move your body! [43:25]

    • Question of the Week: Is the voice that guides me back to calm my spirit? [48:46]

The world feels so unstable right now, but we’ve got the perfect way to center yourself and quiet all of the noise. Get lost in the moment. Go for a walk, spend some time in your garden or yard, get creative. Meditation in its simplest form happens not when we are thinking, but when we are feeling. When you give yourself a moment that is worth getting lost in, you’re giving yourself permission to dive into your intuitive portals.

Tune in and you’ll hear exactly what the vibrations are telling you. Whether it’s time to lean in or get out, being an intuitive, connected soul means that you have the power to honor your true self. Moving your hands will allow you to ease into a flow state. Clean your house, create art, or sit outside and listen with your body. We are all connected, through music, through heartbeats, and through vibrations. It’s time to get out of your head and into your body. Are you ready to tune in?

Tool of the Week: Get a ribbon and move your body! [43:25]

Question of the Week: Is the voice that guides me back to calm my spirit? [48:46]

  • Episode 165: You’re Not Confused, You’re Just Letting the Barking Dogs Out
    Jun 24 2025

Sonia C. is joining in from hot and dry Palm Springs, but she’s not complaining about the heat! She’s always up for the opportunity to speak about being present and aware in our bodies. And Sonia T. is in full support of following her intuition while zhuzhing up her house. She knows what a difference intuition makes in creating a space you can call home. But what happens when we stop listening to intuition and start listening to the barking dogs?

This week’s theme is: Slow down so you can connect with your spirit and with others.

    Highlights:

    • Even realtors need to tune into intuition! [1:30]

    • The older she gets, the less Sonia T. tolerates unconsciousness. [4:40]

    • Do you notice how your energy affect others? [6:47]

    • Your spirit knows how to inform you – tune in! [9:55]

    • Are you really confused, or are you just stuck? [12:00]

    • Sonia C.’s intuition knows when she’s not connecting with someone. [19:34]

    • Generous laughter is a beautiful key to connection. [23:09]

    • Not every encounter needs to be a soul-bonding exchange. [29:00]

    • Make connections over good food and music! [35:00]

    • Tool of the Week: Connect with people about anything except work. [45:15]

    • Question of the Week: How do you trust your vibes and intuition when things don’t happen right away? [50:05]

Newsflash – your energy affects everyone, including the people around you! Are you letting your barking dog run wild, or are you willing to calm down and let your intuition peacefully and confidently guide you? No one wants to look incompetent, feel embarrassed, or be punished for the things we don’t know, but the excuse of confusion keeps us from actually getting anywhere. These are all barking dog anxieties, and it is time to quiet them down!

Your spirit knows when connections are happening, and you need to know how to listen. You are not obligated to force connections that aren’t natural. You owe it to yourself to listen to your intuition, and kindly move on. Are you laughing and connecting, or are you feeling exhausted by all that you’re putting into connections that just aren’t happening? Empaths are always willing to try harder than those around them, but remember – your energetic boundaries always deserve to be honored.

Tool of the Week: Connect with people about anything except work.

Question of the Week: How do you trust your vibes and intuition when things don’t happen right away?
