Samora Coles never forgot the treatment she received as a pregnant teenager. Memories of poor bedside manner and dismissive treatment from doctors combined with an overall lack of support while raising her son. She struggled as a young mom and later as a student mom. So, she did something about it. The Alex House Project (named after her son) gives young mothers the support she wished she'd had through parenting classes, leadership development, and self-sufficiency.
