Joel's family were missionaries in Guatemala when his 12 year old brother, Charlie, died suddenly from heart problems. Joel's family was devastated but in the wake of their heartbreak; God birthed Charlies Lunch; 30 feeding centers around the world dedicated to feeding kids and telling them about God's love.
