At that point in time being key because intuition changes at any given point of time.


Intuitive living is a personal journey, unique to each of you and what works for one person may not work for another.


So begin by tuning into your BODY, creating that MIND BODY SPIRIT connection to know what will benefit you WITHOUT having that negative self talk or guilt if you skip a day or "mess up" because at the end we're all human and no human will EVER be perfect!
