If you've ever felt lonely on your spiritual journey... this is for you!


For a long time I was in search of a place to feel seen, heard, and supported in the depths of spiritual transformation, but I couldn't find a space that felt quite right... so I created one. This podcast is a space to show up as you are, wherever that may be on your spiritual journey. It's a place to be imperfect, to learn and grow alongside each other and expand our awareness about this magical universe we all come from. I share stories and lessons I'm learning from my own journey, in hopes to help you feel a little more at ease on yours.

    A while ago I saw a video of the musician Jacob Collier saying "When you are your biggest, brightest, most beautiful self, it allows others to be their biggest, brightest, most beautiful self as well".


    I think about that a lot - and today is a pep talk for you if you've been feeling low, like giving up or just are in need of a reminder!
