About this listen
This week, Thomas shares a teaching on how to become intimate with your authentic inner self, what causes us to distance ourselves from presence and self-acceptance, and why it’s actually counterproductive to strive towards an “ideal” or “perfect” self.
Tune in for a spiritual perspective on understanding your triggers, embracing discomfort, and transforming stagnation into opportunity for new choices. It’s an important teaching for anyone working to get themselves unstuck from past patterns and limiting beliefs.
