About this listen
In this episode, Jenna talks with Madison College Psychology instructor Brad McDowell about his experiences working with youth in his various mental health positions. He discusses his path as a self-described "reluctant Psychology major," and how he was able to find his path by taking opportunities that presented themselves. He also talks about his consulting work with school districts, and about how being a first generation college student affected his choices. He has led adventure therapy, has traveled the world, has studied meditation in Tibet, and currently works with athletes on mindfulness applications.
