About Sophie

I am a Breathwork Coach and Holistic Cancer Guide. I work to empower people beyond a diagnosis to take an active role in their health, realise their self-healing capacities and to achieve their unique health goals. I run monthly online Breathwork for cancer groups and work with clients globally on a 1:1 basis.

After being diagnosed with blood cancer in 2014 when I was 23, I became my own guide spending years researching and training in holistic health. I now have almost 10 years of study and experience in the field of holistic health. I teach breathwork to creatives, companies, speak at conferences and festivals. I work with 1-on-1 clients looking to improve their mental, emotional and physical health in a personalised, trauma-informed way using breathwork, nervous system tools, energy healing, mindset coaching, meditations and visualisations. These sessions guide people to tap into the full potential of their breath for self-discovery, to reduce stress, increase energy, support healing and creativity.

I speak with Jasmeen Hana about her current work to create an emerging temple village/ sanctuary in Egypt. We talk about what it takes to make our visions and sense of destiny happen, and the circular path that often brings us back to exactly where we started. Jasmeen Hana, of Egyptian heritage, grew up in Cairo, where her transformative journey into ancient wisdom and self-discovery began in her teenage years. By her early twenties, she had delved into Vipassana meditation, yoga, shamanic practices, and the sacred use of the blue lotus in tea ceremonies. In her mid twenties she expanded her path through acting and tantra, exploring the deep embodiment of emotion and energy.

At 30, Jasmeen became a facilitator with the International School of Temple Arts where for the past nine years, she has guided individuals through profound, life-changing experiences.

During that time she also dedicated herself to offering shamanic journeys through Egypt in the form of her beloved Nile journeys.

As a devotee of Auset (Isis), Jasmeen is passionate about building conscious communities that foster healing and transformation. She founded Bliss School as an online platform for holistic education, ritual, and growth. Through her work, Jasmeen bridges ancient Egyptian wisdom with modern practices, empowering others to connect with their roots and embody their full potential.

My path of specializing in female biology + hands on hands in pelvic work started, as many others do, healing my own body from sexual abuse, medical gynecological injury, birth control use, a fractured connection from my womanhood + lineage. And the personal initiations of drug and alcohol addiction, STI’s, IUD’s, abortions, miscarriages, to healing myself from chronic pelvic inflammation, endometriosis and premature ovarian failure, sexual and sensual reclamation.

I believe in the journey of descent, so l dove head first into the pain, pleasure, teachings, wisdom, infinite potential my womb had to show me. To know her and be able to fully walk this path.

I am a guide into the depths of the female terrain, anatomy, and physiology.

I walk with women through our full Womb Continuum, exploring the layers of our flesh, feminine intelligence, and primal bodies. Merging the worlds of sacred and science.
