Two years ago, Israel was experiencing tremendous, perhaps unprecedented, disunity. After the October 7 Hamas attack and massacre, we experienced unprecedented unity. Today, Israel is torn and divided on many issues. But the issues are the symptom. The problem is deeper, relating to unconditional love, trust, respect, and listening. In June, 2025, 40 young Christian women from America, took a trip of a lifetime to Israel. For most, it was their first time in Israel, but for few of them Israel was not already significant to them personally and specifically as Christians. They visited biblical sites, sites related to modern Israeli history, and memorials along the Gaza border where the sounds of war echoed as they witnessed the aftermath of the Hamas massacre on October 7, 2023. They also had many personal encounters with Israelis, making the experience more real, connecting people and faces and their stories to life in Israel today. This inspiring conversation with six of these articulate and passionate women interweaves their experiences. You see the sites through their eyes, and hear their hearts. It's emotional at times and a source of great hope.
