About this listen

She's holding on for dear life! When a skier slipped under the safety bar on a chairlift, her twin sister and a friend kept her from falling off, holding on to her all the way up the mountain. A spokesperson from Big Bear Mountain says the dangling skier failed to maintain proper safety protocols. Alison Hall spoke with the three about the close call. And dad takes the stand. We've been following the case of the father on trial for giving his son an assault rifle cops say the teen used to kill four people at his high school. Today the dad testified that he believed his son was a good kid who would never do something so evil. Colt Gray, who is now 16, has pleaded not guilty. Plus, all the snow left over from the blizzard of 2026 is causing more problems, this time for firefighters! After authorities say a gas leak led to a house explosion, they rushed to the scene to put out the fire, but one big problem. They couldn't find the fire hydrant they needed because it was buried in snow. And it's a snowball fight faceoff. Cops arrested a guy they say pelted them with snowballs in New York City, but when that suspect went before a judge the charge was reduced. As Ann Mercogliano reports, that did not sit well with the sea of blue at the courthouse. The NYPD released photos of three other suspects they are looking for in connection with the snowball fight.
