We are rounding out National Financial Literacy Month! We've had great conversations about being 'empowered' to take control of your finances with Eva Palacios. We've tasked ourselves with taking an inventory of our skillset to identify whether we are a 'manager' or a 'leader.' To finish with a bang, it's only right that I brought Kenyatta Banks from the dynamic Arsenal workout program.

Kenyatta takes us on a journey on how he got started with fitness. As the story's told, it wasn't always easy, and many challenges had to be conquered, some were even life threatening.
