As we build our business we are going to face periods of stress. Whether from challenges, new levels of success, or simply the added demands of the holiday season.

I have been going through a period of expansion over the last few months. Even though it's been good, it's still different and it's normal for the body to approach "different" with stress.

After a few restless nights, I woke up and realized that I was not looking forward to the work I normally enjoy. Luckily, I had this visualization meditation to help me process and release that stress so I could start my day powerfully.

I recommend saving and coming back to this episode any time you find yourself ruminating, unable to stop thinking about work, starting to feel burnt out, or as part of your morning routine.

I use this visualization regularly myself and with clients to help process periods of stagnation, feeling stuck, or when stress starts to spill over into a new day.
