About this listen
My name is Mat Robinson, "The Gregarious Hermit", and I'm so excited to introduce my new podcast, Infinite Bliss.
I want to use my personal awakening story to bridge the gap between modern psychology and ancient spiritual wisdom. If you're stressed, depressed, anxious or overwhelmed with life, this podcast is for you. If you're on a spiritual journey or experienced a spiritual awakening yourself, this podcast is for you. And if you find yourself in your head instead of getting things done, then this podcast is definitely for you.
We're going to have some really deep discussions about our place in the universe, what's life all about, as well as some practical tips you can use to get rid of all the stress and the drama in your life. Of course, we're going to talk about the classic practices of meditation, mindfulness and unconditional love. But we're also going to look at those things from a modern perspective so you can incorporate them into your life much more easily. We're even going to get a little controversial at times.
My views on why your mind talks to you differ greatly from mainstream psychology. I'm going to connect the dots for you and show you why your mind makes you unhappy, why it leaves you feeling unfulfilled and just wanting more.
I want to give you the tools and the confidence to ignore that voice in your head so you can let go of all the drama in your life and experience, deep inner peace and infinite bliss.
This podcast promises quite a lot and I really hope that I can deliver. So fire up your dopamine receptors in anticipation of the first episode where I describe my crazy yet beautiful awakening experience.
It's quite a doozy and I wouldn't want you to miss it. So don't forget to like, subscribe and follow so you can catch the first episode starting in December.
And in the meantime, happiness is easier than you think. If you stop thinking, you'll be happy.
