  • Slow the fuck down, baby! The radical art of slowing down...
    Dec 24 2024

☃️ WELCOME BACK TO "IN THE FLOW WITH JO: CONVERSATIONS ON CREATIVITY AND JOY!" 🎄

Episode 8: Slow the Fuck Down, Baby! The Radical Art of Slowing down...

In a world that glorifies hustle and busyness, Jo takes a radical stance in this episode: slowing down isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity. She reflects on the unspoken pressure to measure our worth through productivity and how embracing a slower, more intentional pace can lead to deeper joy, connection, and creativity.

What if slowing down didn’t stop the magic but revealed it?
