Horche in dich hinein und finde die Ruhe in dir.
Wir können jeden Tag aufs Neue wählen wie wir unseren Tag gestalten und welchen Aufgaben wir uns widmen wollen.
Aber wenn wir Druck und Unruhe verspüren dann wird das nichts werden.
Ich musste lernen innezuhalten und mir zu sagen ,,ICH KANN WIEDER VON VORNE ANFANGEN''.
Mich freut es sehr drangeblieben zu sein.
