Dr Shruti has completed a master's in Sports Physiotherapy from the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Guru Nanak Dev University and is an Ergonomics specialist with Dry needling and Vacuum Cupping Therapy Speciality. She also used to run an ergonomic research center in Mumbai In Partnership. She holds Expertise in Scar Rehabilitation through Dry Needling. Her research interests are the biomechanics of Para athletes and scar rehabilitation through dry needling. She also worked as an Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University until March 2024. She is preparing for her Ph.D. in biomechanics and is awaiting confirmation from universities in the USA.
