A new friend, Zhanna Bright of Soul Congruency, reminded me of a beautiful quote by Ram Dass to help me see that we are helping everyone when we help even one person. We are all one so this makes sense. As a busy working mama, I was grateful to be reminded of this valuable truth. The quote is, "We are all just walking each other home," which means so much more than what I pulled from it in our conversation. The quote means many things but to understand that I need to focus on helping who I can, which is mostly the people who live under my roof at this time, is perfectly enough.
