  • Ovvero la truffa degli antichi sapori... Si parla tanto dei "sapori dimenticati", li si spaccia per qualcosa da riscoprire, un bene prezioso da vendere a caro prezzo. Eppure i contadini, generazione dopo generazione, si sono faticosamente affrancati da quei sapori agri, selvatici, poco nutrienti di cui dovevano necessariamente nutrirsi. Le pere volpine sono tra questi cibi "antichi", ma sono tutt'altro che prelibate, sono dure come pietra, in bocca sembrano ferro arrugginito. Gli stessi maiali fanno fatica a mandarle giù.
