 Our time at the Cantina is coming to a close. But before we pay our tab, collect our droids and return to the streets of Mos Eisley, let’s visit the Cantina one more time, for three more character-centric stories. For this year’s Rogue Fun collector’s event, Jason Wasulko created a very special swag project to offer to the more than 200 attendees traveling to Georgia. He challenged seven of his fellow collectors to craft a new tale for a fan-made book. And each chapter would center around one of the recognizable and beloved patrons from the 1977 Star Wars film’s Mos Eisley Cantina scene. The result is the anthology “Tales of Scum and Villainy,” which pays homage to the legendary Star Wars books of the 1990s. Join host David Quinn for the third and final part of the audiobook series, featuring: —Shawn Moynihan’s tale about Ackmena, the bartender from the Star Wars Holiday Special, and a night that will changer her life; —Rich Alot’s story about Takeel, taking the humpbacked snaggletooth on a mission that plays out in real time, along with the events from A New Hope; —Adam Throne’s wild, brilliant take on the history of Momaw Nadon, known as Hammerhead, spanning the various Star Wars timelines.
