About this listen

Is your home toxic? Breathing yourself sick? Healing is failing in what you thought was a safe space?

Good evening, and welcome to Medical Intuitive Insights.

I’m Dr. Gloria C. Warren, Medical Intuitive, Epidemiologist, and Integrative Educator.

Today, we begin something very special, the first in my 10-part series on Self-Sustainability. Part One: Environmental Sustainability; Our Environment, Toxins, and Health

I want you to hear this clearly from the start: Self-sustainability is not just about survival.

It is about alignment among your body, your environment, your food, your emotions, your community, and the Earth itself, to name a few.

I have chosen Environmental Sustainability as the First in the Series,

Because before we can heal the body… before we can regulate hormones… before we can clear inflammation or restore energy… We must understand the environment we are living in.

Here are three questions to hold with you as we begin:

• What if your chronic fatigue isn’t personal, but environmental?

• What if your anxiety is a nervous system response to ecological imbalance?

• And what if healing yourself begins with how you interact with others?

Let’s begin.
