    Paul is a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Brighton. He also spent 13 years working in residential care for homeless people struggling with addiction and other mental health issues.

    I, Maurice Pigaht, am a psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Brighton. I work with clients on anxiety, depression, loss, neurodiversity and relationships. I’m creating this podcast to promote discussion and better information around mental health support, therapy and psychology.
