In this episode host Jessie Graham takes a look back at the 2003 conference when German Foreign Minister Joshka Fischer confronted US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. Rumsfeld was making a case for European nations to join the US in a coalition against Iraq. Fischer's remark "I am not convinced" was a stark rebuke to Rumsfeld and marked a dramatic shift in the relationship between Europe and the US.
