- Fomentar el debate y la sororidad entre las agrupaciones femeninas del Carnaval de Cádiz.
- Dar a conocer a las autoras y agrupaciones femeninas, que cantan en la calle en Carnaval o participan en el Concurso Oficial de Agrupaciones de Cádiz.
- Reconocer el trabajo de las mujeres vinculadas de cualquier forma al mundo del Carnaval de Cádiz: autoras, directoras, componentes, maquilladoras, artesanas, costureras, etc...
