Seit Herbst 2024 schon ist Leif Kania beim Fahrenzhausener Küchen Spezial Verbund KSV, hat dort die Nachfolge von Willibert Fröschen in der Geschäftsführung angetreten. Der KSV konnte im letzten Jahr 45 neue Händler gewinnen und auch beim Umsatz leicht zulegen. Im INSIDE Küche-Talk erklärt Leif Kania, warum sie in Fahrenzhausen mehr auf „sanftes Wachstum“ und „konsequent auf Akquise“ setzen wollen statt auf Aktionismus und laute Töne.
