    Sep 12 2021

THIS WEEKS POD IS BIG BIG NEWS!
INT presents to you a brand new segment - this is Conversations with CEO’s.

A segment that brings light on all CEO’s regarding their journey to success, they discuss their lows and highs, what's coming next and of course gems and advice to you on how to run a business or a brand.

This week JB sits down with Selecta YB and Ibs to discuss their journey in the music industry. Selecta YB is a DJ and Radio presenter on The Beat London 103.6FM while Ibs is a A&R for GB Records & a Director, both running a platform called Style and Pattern. The podcast starts with The Tea on The Table - The Growth of the UK Rap and Drill Scene where they all talk about how UK rap and drill has become popular. You will hear familiar names such as MoStack, Dave, Stormzy, Ardee, Russ and the list will go on. This then leads into the Conversations with CEO’s segment. It was great to hear from the guys on how much they have grown within their career since the last time JB sat down with them in 2019 for her youtube channel. They drop gems on confidence, motivation, God and plenty more.

    Hope you all enjoy!
