This month we are very proud to bring the incredible Emma Ward to the IDKMB studio. Emma manages the Mental Health Support Team at Youth Fed. She's a colleague and mentor to me and has been someone I've spoken about as part of my journey on other episodes so it was a joy to have her with us.
