• EP93 Foundations of Hope: Truth can be known!
    Nov 27 2025

In this next installment of our Foundation of Hope series, we dive into one of the most crucial pillars of our faith: Truth — real, unchanging, God-defined truth.

I open the episode by talking about how truth can be known, and how the Bible is the ultimate source of truth for the believer. Over the years, I’ve had plenty of people try to tear down, twist, or belittle what Scripture says… but the Bible doesn’t need defended. It stands firmly on its own two feet. It has withstood every attack, every culture shift, and every argument — and it remains.

And this truth is what reveals who Jesus really is.

    Not culture.

    Not opinion.

    Not personal preference.

The Bible defines Christ — not man.

I also share some of the pushback I’ve seen from within Christian circles, including a recent conversation with someone who told me he doesn’t believe in hell — something Jesus Himself spoke about often and clearly.

We unpack all of that and more in this episode, continuing to build our foundation of hope on what is true, eternal, and unshakable.

  • EP92Foundations of Hope: Gods Word can be trusted!
    Nov 20 2025

In this first episode of our new series, Foundations of Hope , we step back and rebuild from the beginning — placing our confidence, our faith, and our future on the solid rock of God’s Word and the true Jesus Christ.I share how Jesus warned Peter, James, John, and Andrew that many would come in His name claiming to be Him — but do not be deceived (Mark 13:5–6). Hope begins when we know the real Jesus and trust the truth He has spoken. If we cannot trust God’s Word, we cannot have hope. But if we can — and we can — then we can stand through anything. This episode lays the foundation for everything that comes next.Scripture Focus:Mark 13:5–6Support & Connect:🌐 Website: https://www.iammatthewministries.org💙 Donate on Venmo: https://www.venmo.com/u/IAmMatthewMinistries📧 Email: robert@iammatthewministries.org

  • EP91 Hope for the Rejected: Vessels of Honor in a season of No's
    Nov 13 2025

In this episode, I share some exciting updates from I Am Matthew Ministries — including our Halloween live stream and the announcement that the I Am Matthew Podcast will now stream live on Halloween nights moving forward! (On Youtube)

Even in a season filled with “no’s,” God opened doors through a local ministry outreach, where I had the chance to teach live sound to men from several different churches. Yet, through that, I also talked about the silence — the non-responses from churches and individuals — and how that silence can feel like rejection.

We dive into 2 Timothy 2:14–26, focusing especially on verse 20, where Paul reminds us that in a great house there are vessels of honor and dishonor. I shared how these “no’s” might actually be the church rejecting those without hope — but the message of this ministry is for them. This ministry isn’t about Robert — it’s about Jesus.

And while I said that anyone who wants to be part of this ministry despite rejection is welcome, I want to clarify — if you can be part of a church, be a part! My heart is for those who feel pushed out, forgotten, or unwanted by the church — to remind them that God still calls them vessels of honor.

  • EP90Hope in the Struggle: Worship Through It All
    Nov 6 2025

Today I talk about how the Christian walk isn’t always easy — but even in the hardest seasons, God still walks with us through it all. We can either choose frustration or choose to worship Him right in the middle of the struggle.

Tying it into Romans 12:1–2, this episode is a reminder that true worship isn’t just a song — it’s a lifestyle of surrender, transformation, and hope that God’s plan is still good even when life gets tough.

    Scriptures Mentioned (CSV):

  • EP89 Hope in the Waiting: When God Says Not Yet!
    Oct 30 2025

In this episode, I open up about moments of discouragement—times when it felt like no doors were opening for I Am Matthew Ministries and I began to wonder if maybe it’s because I’m not ready yet.

We dive into 1 Peter 4:7–11, where Peter reminds us to stay clear-minded, love deeply, and use our gifts to serve others while we wait for God’s timing. Even when doors seem closed, God is still preparing us for what’s next.

This message is for anyone who’s felt stuck, overlooked, or waiting on God to move. There’s still hope in the waiting—because God’s silence doesn’t mean absence, and His “not yet” still carries purpose.

  • EP88 Peace in the Panic: Overcoming Anxiety with Hope!
    Oct 23 2025

In this episode, I open up about my own battles with anxiety—moments when old memories crept back in, and even times when the pressure of a big ministry day made my heart race. But through every moment of panic, I’ve found that peace is possible when we keep our eyes on Jesus.

We look at Philippians 4:6–7, where Paul reminds us not to be anxious about anything, but to bring everything to God in prayer. Then we go to Matthew 14:22–33, where Peter steps out of the boat toward Jesus—only to start sinking when he looks at the waves. It’s a powerful reminder that peace doesn’t come from calm circumstances, but from the One who walks with us through the storm.

If anxiety has ever tried to steal your peace, this message will help you find hope in the middle of the panic. God hasn’t left you—He’s right beside you, steadying your steps.
