  • S4 - EP 5 - SAMUEL LITTLE: THE MOST PROLIFIC SERIAL KILLER IN U.S. HISTORY
    Dec 25 2025

    Welcome to Season 4 – Episode 5!

    MERRY CHRISTMAS!

This week, We're on a road trip. I'm joined by my sister, Kirrah, as we take on one of the most disturbing cases in modern American crime history.

His name was Samuel Little, and for decades he moved through cities virtually invisible. Between the 1970s and early 2000s, Little murdered women across the United States while law enforcement repeatedly failed to connect the cases or, in many instances, failed to investigate them at all.

We're going to break down Samuel Little's, how racism, sexism, and systemic neglect allowed his victims’ deaths to be misclassified or dismissed, and how a series of late-life confessions finally forced the FBI to reckon with the true scope of his crimes.

This episode isn’t just about the most prolific serial killer in U.S. history, it’s about the systems that enabled him, the lives that were overlooked, and the uncomfortable reality that justice only arrived when it was too late.

Grab your drink, because the poison in this episode is the Road Trip.

If you want to drink with us, you’ll need cognac, rye whiskey, crème de cassis (black currant) liqueur, lemon juice, lingonberry preserves, salt and sugar.

    The Road Trip:

    • 1 oz cognac
    • 1 oz rye whiskey
    • ½ oz crème de cassis or black currant liqueur
    • 1 barspoon lingonberry preserves
    • 1 oz lemon juice
    • granulated sugar, for rim
    • kosher salt, for rim
    • lemon twist, for garnish (optional)

Combine equal parts salt and sugar and use the mixture to rim a chilled serving glass. Add the remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake hard for about 20 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon - or don’t.

    Enjoy!

    Welcome to Season 4 – Episode 4!

This week, we’re taking a sharp left turn from Kansas and landing in Miami Beach. In July of 1997, world-renowned fashion icon Gianni Versace was gunned down on the steps of his own mansion.

And at the center of it all? A social climber named Andrew Cunanan.

Today, we’re digging into how a kid from San Diego spiraled into a cross-country killing spree, how he managed to stay one step ahead of the entire country for three months, and how it all ended in Miami leaving the fashion world in shambles.

Let's break down the chaos that Cunanan left behind. Grab your drink, because the poison in this episode is The Red Carpet.
